(All written with Colin's consent)

Colin Ord is 21 years old and weighs in at just over 41 stone. The doctors have told him point blank to change his lifestyle and eating habits or he may not see his 30 birthday.

Update 0ne: Colin is doing exceptionally well. In his first month of training he has lost a staggering 22lbs. This is down to hard work effort and some major changes within his food intake. He is now far more active than he has ever been and when you take into account that he is a full time student has and evening job, it goes to show that when you make your mind up for change you can make it happen. What is also great is that he is actually enjoying he new life style, he loves the gym and has a good relationship with the foods that he is eating. Next update due on the 10th of Jan, watch this space.......

Update Two: Colin is still on track with his training and new eating plan. To date he has lost a staggering 47lbs. Colin now has the knowledge to train at the gym on his own and is still attending 3-4 a week, which is fantastic. with regards to his food Colin has considerably reduced the amount of food that he eats daily, or as he put it when i first met him ' he inhaled food'. Keep up the good work
